Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Ability to assist clients with daily living activities.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in caregiving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices.
• Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed, while following dietary restrictions.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients and contribute to their overall well-being.
