Qualifications

• Prior experience in home care, senior care, or similar field is required.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans accurately.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
• Strong cooking skills and understanding of client nutritional needs.
• Physically capable of lifting and mobility assistance.
• Background in nursing, social work, or a related healthcare field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Implement personalized care plans for each client.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary needs.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health daily.
• Perform light housekeeping for a clean, safe home.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team.
