Job summary

HomeWell Care Services CT299 is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and help enhance seniors’ lives in their own homes. You will work one-on-one with clients, providing non-medical services and forming meaningful relationships with those who wish to age in place.

Duties include companionship, light cooking and cleaning, bathing and grooming, assistance with ambulation and medication reminders, and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
