Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our team in providing in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities. You will support daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, personal care, and companionship in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a caregiver.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs independently.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Current TB test.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with mobility and transfers within the home.
• Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, dishes, laundry, bathroom).
• Prepare meals and snacks per client preferences.
• Accompany clients to errands and medical appointments.
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving).
• Offer medication reminders.
• Support prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Provide dementia care and companionship through activities like reading, music, and puzzles.
