Qualifications

• One year of experience as a caregiver
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Background check completed
• TB test current
• CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility and transfers in the home
• Perform light housekeeping including cleaning and laundry
• Prepare meals and snacks according to client preferences
• Accompany clients to errands and medical appointments
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
• Offer medication reminders
• Support prescribed ROM exercises
• Deliver dementia care and companionship through activities
