Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily care in a warm, home-like environment. You will collaborate with a caring team to advocate for dignity, safety, and comfort, performing essential tasks under supervision.

This role requires a CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, and 18–24 months of experience; a flexible schedule is available to fit personal needs, and full medical benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program with current license.
• 18–24 months of experience in a similar position.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Receives and communicates shift reports.
• Reviews assignments with the Designated Supervisor.
• Assists with ADLs and mobility while encouraging self-care.
• Provides bathing, toileting, transfers as required.
• Follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Notifies nurse of resident status changes.
