Job summary

Assisting Hands - Gulf Coast is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one personal care and companionship in clients' homes along Florida’s Gulf Coast. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, safety, and medication reminders while maintaining detailed care logs and following individualized care plans.

We promote a supportive team environment and reliable scheduling. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, transfers, meal prep, and health monitoring.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• TB test or chest X-ray and physical examination.
• CNA license or HHA 75 hours certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation for each client visit
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all safety protocols
