Qualifications
- Current CPR certification is required.
- TB test or chest X-ray and physical exam completed.
- CNA license or HHA 75 hours certificate required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation for each client visit.
- Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all safety protocols.
