Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe and independent at home in Downers Grove, IL. We offer paid training, flexible working hours, weekly pay, direct deposit, and benefits such as health insurance and PTO.

Caregivers provide medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation support as needed. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of home care experience and a driver’s license. Join our caring team today.

Qualifications

• Previous home care experience of 1+ years.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Driver license
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be very reliable.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsabilités

• Medication Reminders
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Follow the Care plan.
