Qualifications

• Pass background check and hold a valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Apply first aid and uphold residents' rights and safety.
• Drive to appointments or outings with a valid license.
• Offer compassion for individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment including meal prep and light housekeeping.
