Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Background check required.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, laundry and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and cognitive engagement activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments and manage medications reminders.
• Support with prescribed exercises and dementia care.
