Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care - Manassas is seeking certified caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) to support our growing client base in Manassas and surrounding areas. We offer flexible schedules, part-time and full-time opportunities, and competitive on-demand pay options.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and medication reminders. Valid VA certification, CPR, TB screening, and background check are required; reliable

Qualifications

• Must have valid PCA/HHA/CNA certification in Virginia.
• CPR certification required.
• Negative TB screening required.
• Ability to pass a background check per Virginia regulations.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Support safe mobility, transfers and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Run errands and grocery shopping as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Medication reminders and accurate care documentation.
• Transport clients safely to appointments.
