Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care - Manassas is hiring In-Home Caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) to support clients in Manassas and surrounding areas. We offer flexible schedules, including 4-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts, with part-time and full-time opportunities to match your availability.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, meal prep, companionship, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• Virginia-based PCA/HHA/CNA certification required.
• CPR certification and negative TB screening.
• Background check per Virginia regulations.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Medication reminders and documentation.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands as needed.
