Job summary

Senior Helpers Baltimore and Central Maryland is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and GNAs to provide one-on-one home care across Baltimore County, Howard County, and Baltimore City. We offer paid orientation and training, plus flexible full-time and part-time schedules with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, CNA, GNA, or home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background screenings and TB screening required; CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Helping with walking, transfers, and mobility.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Observing and reporting changes in clients’ condition.
• Completing simple visit documentation.
