Job summary

Village Caregiving Home Office in Bloomington, IN is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide meal support. You will offer companionship, maintain a safe, clean home, document care, and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Must be able to lift and assist clients as needed.
