Village Caregiving in Martinsville, IN is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist clients with daily living activities, remind about medications, prepare meals, and offer meaningful companionship.

Join a team that communicates with families and healthcare professionals, documents care, and adapts to flexible hours. Training and mentorship are provided, with competitive pay between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour and semi-monthly pay.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Must be able to lift and assist clients as needed.
