Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC in Dumfries, VA is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship. You will be matched with clients and deliver reliable care with punctuality and empathy, helping with daily tasks and safety in a home setting.

We welcome CNAs, PCAs, and others with caregiving experience. Earn part-time hours up to 40 per week, with bi-weekly pay and opportunities for raises through performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license, or relevant caregiving experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Negative TB test as required.
• Clear national background check.
• Reliable transportation with valid license/insurance.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with multiple clients on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Deliver reliable care by being punctual and consistent.

Skills
