Job summary

TheKey is actively hiring caregivers to support clients in Columbus, OH. Earn competitive pay with weekly pay, flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights, and mileage reimbursement. Full-time and part-time roles available with comprehensive benefits.

As a caregiver, you will assist clients 1:1 with personal care, companionship, transportation, light housekeeping and mobility support in their homes. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
