TheKey is actively recruiting caregivers to support clients in Columbus. Earn top pay rates of $18-20 per hour with flexible day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts.

Full-time and part-time positions available, offering companionship, personal care, mobility support, and transportation within clients’ homes. We provide weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping.
