Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Gresham, OR is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, with flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm, paid training, and mileage reimbursement.

You'll join a team that values reliability, safety, and person-centered care. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation in your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs
• Must own a smartphone and use a mobile app
• Able to pass state and national background checks
• Able to transport clients in own vehicle
• Complete state caregiver/HCA training as needed
• Driver's license, auto insurance, clean driving record, reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (household tasks, bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and engage in activities and hobbies
• Provide transportation to store or appointments (driving required)
• Monitor and report client condition
• Follow care plan and maintain client safety
