Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required or preferred).
• Paid training provided, including CPR.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist clients with mobility around the home and outside.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete recommended exercises.
• Assist with shopping or accompany clients while shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Record days and hours on agency care sheets.
• Report any unusual incidents to office and family.
