Qualifications

• 1 year (or more) caregiving experience is required.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the home or at appointments.
• Support personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises and prescribed activities.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients on errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
