Always Best Care Senior Services in Shreveport, LA is seeking experienced Caregivers/DSWs & CNAs for part-time positions. Caregivers provide companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, meal prep, and personal care, helping seniors maintain independence and quality of life.

We value compassion, reliability and strong communication. Requirements include at least one year in home care, valid driver’s license, English proficiency, two references, ability to pass background check; shifts

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation; proof of current auto insurance.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Two references required.
• Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, and meal preparation.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and transfers as needed.
