Always Best Care Senior Services is seekingExperienced Caregivers/DSWs & CNAs to provide in-home senior care in Shreveport and surrounding areas. Caregivers support independence by delivering compassionate companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, meal prep, and personal care as needed.

You can work flexible shifts, with part-time or full-time options, and benefit from training, employee recognition, and onsite perks like scrubs and wellness resources.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation; proof of current auto insurance.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Two references required.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic companion care, light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation.
• Deliver more personal care as needed (transfers, bathing) per client care plan.
• Work varied shifts including weekends, nights, or mornings.
• Maintain professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude.

They also may work a variety of shifts, over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.
