Job summary

Associated Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) across multiple locations in Massachusetts. The role offers competitive pay, direct deposit, and benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• HHA Certificate or CNA License is preferred but training is provided.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
