Job summary

Brightstar-Care is seeking a Caregiver/Home Care Aide to join our team and provide non-medical personal care under RN supervision. You will help clients with daily activities, ensure safety, and support their comfort in the home environment.

The role emphasizes quality, continuity of care, and client confidentiality. Minimum requirements include HS diploma or GED, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR (ARC) certification required.
• Certified CPR and current TB test if applicable.
• Minimum one year of documented experience.
• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• CDSS HCO registration preferred.
• Clear TB test results may be required.
• Clear CDSS background check required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver/Home Care Aide works under RN supervision.
• Provides non-medical personal care services to meet client needs.
• Promotes quality, continuity and safety of client care.
• Position will not perform medical or skilled services.
