FirstLight Home Care of Frisco is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors and adults live safely and independently at home in Frisco and Little Elm, Texas. We offer competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive training, with opportunities for additional hours as we grow.

Join a locally owned agency committed to supportive care, practical schedules, and a respectful, team-oriented culture. No prior experience required, but CNA/HHA/PCA backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to work assignments throughout Frisco and Little Elm.
• Smartphone for scheduling and documentation.
• Experience as CNA/HHA/PCA/caregiver preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Prepare meals.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Dementia care.
• Fall prevention and mobility assistance.
• Document visits accurately.
