Job summary

Qualicare Homecare in the greater Boston area is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home team. You will perform personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship under supervision of a Care Coordinator.

We offer competitive pay of $18-$22 per hour, flexible schedules, training, mileage reimbursement, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. If you have a Certified Care Aide certificate or can obtain one, you can start making a difference today.

Qualifications

• Have Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (preferable). If you don't have this, we can help you with it.
• Documented experience or previous experience (preferable)
• Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Ability to travel around location territory
• Access to internet/mobile phone

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene

• Accompany clients on outings

• Medication Assist/ Reminders
• Ambulation and transporting of clients
