Job summary
Qualicare Home Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our in-home care team serving the greater Boston area. You will work under supervision to provide essential personal care services and support to clients in their homes.

Qualifications
- Must have a Care Aide certificate or be willing to obtain it.
- Documented caregiving experience is preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain.
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
- Ability to travel to clients across location territory.
- Access to Internet or mobile phone for scheduling and communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Accompany clients on outings.
- Run errands and shop for clients.
- Provide medication reminders/assistance.
- Assist with mobility and transport as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care plans and document activities.
