Qualifications

• Prior caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and team.
• Dependable and flexible with shift availability, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support residents during meals, activities, and daily routines with dignity and comfort.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights to ensure safety.
• Assist with transfers/positioning and light housekeeping.
• Collaborate with nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff to deliver holistic care.
