Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in the Austin area. Join us to provide companionship, share in daily activities, and support clients in their homes with dignity and respect.

We offer flexible weekends and overnights, base pay of $15–$18 per hour, and opportunities for paid training and orientation. A valid driver’s license is required and mileage may be compensated through our program.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is preferred.
• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at the client’s home.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients and offer emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, and grooming with dignity.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Promote respectful, clear communication with clients, families, and staff.
