Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers in Buena Park, CA to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. This role supports daily living, personal care, and community participation within a loving, supportive team.

Pay is $17.11 per hour with full benefits for full-time staff, PTO, and a company-wide commitment to development and growth. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred to assist participants in

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
