Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living Hendersonville is hiring Care Givers to join our community. The role provides hands-on care and support to residents in a safe, home-like environment across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting independence. Ideal candidates have CNA certification preferred, high school diploma, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and activities.
