MBK Senior Living in Gilbert, AZ seeks a PT Certified Caregiver for Assisted Living to deliver high-quality daily care, including ADLs, safety, and compassionate resident support in a community focused on dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications (as required).
• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred; state requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and transfers using proper techniques; monitor safety and report changes.
• Support social and emotional well-being; maintain privacy and dignity per ISP and policies.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks; manage oxygen equipment as directed.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and communicate effectively with team and families.
