Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities, build meaningful relationships, and organize social events within a 84-acre continuing care community in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role emphasizes safe, tidy environments and collaboration with dining and service teams.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months caregiving or CNA experience.
• Must be able to commit to orientation (Tuesday to Thursday, 8am-4pm).
• Current CPR certification is preferred (CPR certification required within 90 days of hire).
• Complete a Safe Food Handling and Preparation Class (within 30 days of hire).

Mansioni

• Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living
• Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships
• Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents
• Assist with menu/snack selection and partner with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested
• Assure the resident’s room and neighborhood are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards which may impact environmental safety
