Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow ISP guidelines, assist with daily activities, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in social and dining activities on site.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, clear communication with families and care leaders, and opportunities to support memory care residents in a caring community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) preferred.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
