Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, promote safety and independence, and engage residents in daily conversations and activities.

Responsibilities include supporting dining, maintaining a clean environment, and effective communication with families and care leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain is required.
• Candidate should be compassionate, reliable and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
