Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team and build relationships that motivate us every day.

As a caregiver, you’ll support daily living, personal hygiene, and developmental goals while fostering independence. A high school diploma and at least six months in human services are preferred; compassionate, patient individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs with compassionate care.
• Encourage participation in community activities and favorite hobbies.
• Help participants work toward developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
