Job summary

The Ashleigh at Lansdowne, part of RUI, is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/CNA to join our resort-style community. You will provide hands-on support and companionship to residents, helping with daily activities and daily living needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Patient-centered care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, needs, or daily routines to support updates to their care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment for all residents.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
