Job summary

The Ashleigh at Lansdowne is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/CNA to join our resort-style community. You will provide hands-on support and companionship to residents, focusing on dignity, safety, and meaningful daily life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, observing changes, and collaborating with the care team to update care plans. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential; CNA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to update care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs and social activities.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
