Job summary

Avista Senior Living in Sumner, WA is seeking Caregivers to join our team on a PRN - As Needed basis. The position offers an hourly wage of $21.00 to $22.00, with benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, holidays, 401k and an employee assistance program.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, responding to alarms, maintaining accurate care records, and communicating changes in condition to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic word processing tasks for recordkeeping.
• Attention to detail in following care plans and documenting care provided.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs) according to the resident service plan.
• Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and other alarms promptly.
• Promote resident independence and self-care.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of care delivered.
• Communicate changes of condition to nursing in a timely manner.
