Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and transfers.
• Deliver compassionate, personalized care that promotes dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes to the nursing team.
• Encourage participation in daily activities and community life.
• Collaborate with nurses and team members to provide exceptional care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
