Sevita is seeking caregivers to provide community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Pay is $12 an hour, with a full benefits package for full-time staff and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services or direct care is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Able to handle sensitive situations with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants achieve personal goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
