Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities in their homes and communities. You will help participants achieve personal goals and support participation in activities they enjoy.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in human services or direct care. We offer competitive pay, full benefits for full-time staff, and a supportive supervision network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in goal achievement related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build real, meaningful relationships and promote independence and community participation.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and respond to behavioral challenges.
• Coordinate with supervisors and care team to ensure safety and quality of care.
