Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You will assist with personal care, daily activities, and adapting programs to meet each person’s goals in a supportive, respectful environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily self-care for participants.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals and community participation.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition to promote independence.
• Build trusted relationships and advocate for participants’ needs and safety.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
