Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living seeks a part-time/on-call caregiver for its Sandy, Oregon location. Duties include assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, and emotional support to residents in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities also cover housekeeping, health monitoring, confidentiality, and ensuring resident safety. CPR/First Aid and Food Handler's Card requirements apply; 18+ years old. On-site benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain CPR/First Aid certification during employment.
• Must obtain a Food Handler's Card.
• Experience as a Caregiver, preferably in senior living.
• Experience with EMR documentation helps.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support mobility and transfers; assist with walking and use of mobility aids.
• Assist with meal preparation and setting up meals and removing trays.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
