Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a caring and dependable Caregiver for a full-time AM shift in our senior living community. You will provide hands-on care and daily living support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, building meaningful relationships to enhance comfort and wellbeing.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. Previous caregiver experience is valued, and CNAs welcome, with a focus on safety, documentation, and resident

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant care training.
• Ability to use company issued electronic devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).

Aufgaben

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living for assigned group of senior residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
