Home Helpers of North Madison is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide companion care and daily living assistance to the elderly in clients' homes. The role offers a $200 bonus plus paid training toward the Professional Certified Caregiver (PCC) program, with opportunities for one-on-one client care and career growth.

Flexible schedules and travel reimbursement are available, and applicants should have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a clean driving record, and open availability.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Prior home care experience a Must!
• Access to email and a mobile smart device.
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care (HIPPA).
• Must have open availability.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation and snacks.
• Providing caring and dependable companionship.
• Assisting with personal cares & hygiene (like bathing, toileting, ADL's).
• Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client.
• Transportation to and from your client's appointments and activities.
• Communicate professionally with families and your team.
• Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client's needs by collaborating with your HomeHelpers team and your client's family.
• Other duties as assigned.
