Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide companionship and daily living assistance to the elderly in clients' homes. We offer paid training, a $200 bonus program, and pay increments as you learn and grow with the role.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete all requirements for employment.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Prior home care experience is a must.
• Access to email and a mobile smart device.
• Understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care (HIPPA).
• Must have open availability.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation and snacks.
• Providing caring and dependable "Companionship".
• Assisting with personal cares & hygiene (like bathing, toileting, ADL's).
• Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client.
• Transportation to and from your client’s appointments and activities.
• Communicate professionally with families and your team.
• Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client’s unique needs by collaborating with your HomeHelpers team and your client’s family.
• Other duties as assigned.
