Executive Home Care of Southeast NH is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one, in-home personal care. You will assist clients with daily routines, mobility, and health monitoring, ensuring safety and dignity in familiar surroundings.

The role emphasizes individualized care plans, strong communication with families, and a supportive, flexible schedule in a community-based home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with clients and families.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful approach to care.
• Ability to work independently in home-care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility) with dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities and maintain a safe home environment.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and assist with errands as needed.
• Monitor health, report changes to care coordination team, and ensure client comfort.
• Provide companionship and support to maintain independence at home.
